Sign Materials/Warranty
There are a few select materials that we use with our signs and they are the best available to the dimensional sign market. Most of our exterior signs are actually made of High Density Urethane (HDU). Precision Board Plus HDU is much more environmentally friendly than using wood. Also, actual hard wood is usually much too vulnerable to mother natures harshest elements and climate. It would be pretty ambitious to claim of having the best looking signs in the world, but we are pretty confident that we may have figured out the formula for the longest lasting signs in the world! We literally set out to make the best 3D signs in the world, and we think we are well on our way. The quest for the best carved signs started with very high quality materials. We now use the best materials known to man for our sign productions, every single day!

Sign Shipping Costs
Most of the time we will include your shipping cost on your initial quote so that there aren’t any surprises the end! We will usually charge for this portion of your payment on your final invoice. We use UPS and FEDEX mostly for signs under about 15 square ft. When they get too big for those normal carriers we will use Fedex Freight. For instance a 4ft by 8ft sign will cost about $250 with Fedex Freight. We can usually squeeze two of those into the same crate though and combine the cost to save you money! :)

Below is a general guide for letter sizing, and readability. Obviously there will be other variables, but this should be a good starting point.

Sign Design
Most of the designs were submitted by our clients with the exception of a few. Our specialty is carving signs and not so much designing them from scratch. However, we have assisted in the layout and design of a few, it would be a big help if you could provide a finished logo or design. Don’t be afraid to throw ideas at us though, because it could be something that we could handle, you never know! :)

Sign Installation
Most of our signs are installed by the client, we ship them all over the world. It is usually specific to the final application but we do offer as much assistance as possible and we can provide hardware if it is requested.

Timeline for Completion

Typically we can get a sign of any size out in about 4-5 weeks time. This will vary depending on the time of year and how busy we are currently. It can actually be quicker.
